Benefit Details/Resources

  • Bring Necessary Documentation

    Please if you haven’t already uploaded information via new hire link, please bring with you:

    1. 2 Forms of ID (social security card, drivers license OR passport)

    2. Immunization records

    3. Any necessary certifications/licensures

  • Clock-In/Out & Benefit Enrollment

    Clock-in/Out: Please make sure you have Paycom app. Please ensure you are on the office WIFI to clock in and out.

    If you are missing punches please review Paycom resources on how to submit missing punch or notify your office manager of punches. (Also, make sure you are on company wifi to punch in/out)

    Benefits Enrollment: If eligible, this is your time to go ahead and enroll in benefits via your Paycom app. All Benefits are effective first day of the month after 60 days. It may take 7 days to receive BCBS ID card; please contact HR if you need temporary electronic card.

  • Paycheck dates.

    Pay check dates are 7th and 22nd of each month.

    Please make sure you completed ‘new hire checklist’ in Paycom to ensure direct deposit, tax forms are completed.

    Pay period (1st- 15th of month); (16th- end of month). It is the responsibility of employee to make sure all time is entered properly in timecard via Paycom for accurate paycheck.

  • PTO Requests.

    Our current PTO protocol is that you will be giving PTO hours in advance for the year. PTO allotment is based on years of service. You will see this in your offer letter and loaded in your Paycom profile.

    Utilize Paycom to submit any time off requests. These are submitted directly to your office manager and flow directly into timecard. Please submit any time off requests at least 30 days in advance or as early as possible….this is to ensure we have necessary coverage.

    Hourly employees can take 1 hour PTO increments; salaried are 4 hour increments.

When are paycheck dates?

We are paid semi-monthly, 7th and 22nd of each month.

Pay period is (1st of month-15th), paid on 22nd.

Pay period is (16th to end of month) paid on 7th. If the 7th or 22nd fall on weekend, we pay Friday before.

When are benefits effective?

Do we get paid holiday pay?

Please reference the benefits guide above under the benefit section to see the holidays we observe. If you normally work the scheduled day where there is a holiday then you are eligible for holiday pay.

Do you offer 401k match?

Yes we currently do offer a 401k match. The new matching contribution of 1%. Please see plan details for contribution/vesting schedule.

How do I clock-in & out using my phone?

Please make sure you have downloaded the Paycom app & you are connected to the company wi-fi. From there you’ll be able to clock in & out on your cell phone. Please check out Paycom Resources for more instructions.

You do not need to worry about changing departments or payroll profile - it is automatically loaded for you.
